Marc O’Hara brings 36 years of experience as a chief strategist, campaign manager, advertising director, and pollster. He founded Precision Politics in 1989 and has worked on hundreds of campaigns and initiatives for elected officials, government agencies, non-profits, and Fortune 100 companies in 23 states across America. During his career, Marc served as the Western Region Fundraising Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

Roger Lee has an extraordinary 94% campaign win record, having managed over 50 campaigns for Congress, State Senate, State Assembly, and County Supervisor—winning all but two. Over two decades, he served as the political advisor and campaign manager for four successive mayors of San Jose: Mayor Tom McEnery, Mayor Susan Hammer, Mayor Ron Gonzales, and Mayor Janet Gray Hayes, for whom he also served as Chief of Staff.
As a direct mail consultant, Roger has crafted winning strategies for hundreds of congressional, state legislative, and municipal campaigns nationwide. In 2000, he relocated to Washington, DC, to focus on his national clients, including the NAACP, NARAL Pro-Choice America, EMILY's List, Amnesty International, and the DCCC.

Precision Politics Creative Director Timmy Perez is a national award-winning graphic designer. A graduate of the renowned San Francisco Academy of Arts University, she founded TimoDesigns in 2002. For more than two decades, she has stayed on the cutting edge of the graphic design, photography, and digital advertising revolutions.
Timmy has created hundreds of logos, direct mailers, and digital ads for winning campaigns across America. She believes in concept-driven designs that are simple, impactful, and able to evolve with ever-changing design trends.
